On Saturday 23 April, the Delegation of AGE in Cantabria with the collaboration of the CNT has paid tribute at the cemetery of the guerrillas Ciriego buried in the grave. Event was attended by representatives of the Platform of Cantabria for the Third Republic and the Assembly of Women of Cantabria.
Cos Jesus, ex-guerrilla and Delegate of AGE in Cantabria made the following statement:
We are here today once again in front of the graves of our fellow classmates killed by the fascist hordes, to pay them the tribute they deserve and require the incumbent government to be recognized once and for all the legitimacy of their struggle and unreserved condemnation of the clerical-fascist revolt led to our martyred people and half a million victims. Therefore, we demand to annul all judgments pronounced by Franco, annul the Amnesty Law preconstitucional false 1977 that still exists and that in practice was a stop law. We demand that the vaunted
Historical Memory Law enacted by the Government and his accomplices be overturned because his articles have no specific legal implications in order to obtain justice, truth and reparation for all victims and repressed by the dictatorship.
